Today DC Comics publishes Supergirl #12 by Sophie Campbell, The Fury of Firestorm #1 by Jeff Lemire, Rafael de Latorre. Green Lantern Corps #15 by Morgan Hampton, Fernando Pasarin. Emperor Aquaman #16 by Jeremy Adams, John Timms and Action Comics #1097 by Mark Waid, Skylar Patridge, all in the wake of DC's K.O. crossover event and the finale that saw heroes and villains soaked with Alpha and Omega Energy, and granted new abilities and/or visions, ahead of the upcoming Absolute Crisis as Darkseid comes to Earth. But how is that reflected in today's titles?

Well, this little Justice League team of tiume travellers look to have taken a wqrong turn as a result of it, and their efforts to find the missing Superman. By finding him a little earlier than they intended…

Aquaman, in his newly renamed series Emperor Aquaman, has been embracing his already souped-up powers as the Avatar of the Blue by granting them to others. And note that his water powers are now "Absolute". Is he actually Absolute Aquaman as well? You don't use that word accidentally in DC Comics…

Supergirl has also changed its title, but just for the cover alone, as Cyborg-Girl #12. It won't last, but it's a good explanation for what's happened to her….

As well as the powers this new take has given her, restoring what was taken away… and more?

Guy Gardner is not coping too well in his role as a Lantern with visions, guiding those around him as some kind of holy leader…

Something Emperor Aquaman is going to have to deal with as everyone is having visions these days…

On Earth as it is in heaven…

Although maybe they are not all they are cracked up to be…

Or at least not as timely as they should be…

Because these prophecies only reveal so much…

So while Firestorm is now turning everyone to glass in this new form (and title) of his…

Aquaman now has a whole new power set to explore.

As his control of water is, well, as we learned, "Absolute"…

Aquaman can now turn everything to Ice. He's the Omega Mutant Iceman of the DC Universe now…

So while Supergirl uncovers new versions of old friends… and future enemies, as Thunder Boy, who one day will/or won't be Magog of Kingdom Come, now has more potential futures…

Superboy encounters old versions of future friends. Ands an excellent take on the original appearance of the Legion of Super-Heroes, who also travelled from the future to meet Superboy in the past…

So we have Thunder Lad, Thunder Kid and a Thunder Girl… creating a future very much up in the air.

As Martian Manhunter examines their recent past, even as they are placed even further in the past… so is this their recent future?

As Booster Gold recalls his recent Darkseid/DC's K.O. related history that turned him against the Justice League alongside the Absolute Legion Of Super-Heroes, and then Absolute Batman, Absolute Wonder Woman and Absolute Superman, posessed by Darkseid…

And as the team work on their time travelling etiquette… is it really Booster Gold who they should be worried about?
As opposed to Martian Manhunter?

Or Mary Marvel?

Oopsie. While it seems that Firestorm may also not quite be himself right now.

And to be fair, over the years, he has been quite a lot of people.

ANd last time we checkesd this was all a part of the Superman Theory, Firestorm created deliberately by Professor Stein.

Originated in Doomsday Clock, it turned up in the New History Of The DC Universe and everything.

But this is not Ronnie Raymond. Ronnie Raymond is elsewhere…

An idealised version of his past, inside his own head somehow. And that is not Professor Stein either.

Firestorm it seems, is something else. And maybe only Professor Stein knows exactly what… in the Firestorm files… now being burned.

Maybe theer were never two minds inside Firestorm. Maybe there were three…
