Fifty Comic Stores That Have Closed Since January 2017
Bleeding Cool has been noting the closure of many comic book stores in recent months – as well as celebrating a few that have opened. But the overall trend seems to be downwards. Here's a list of all the comic stores we could find that closed last year. What's shocking isn't how many news stories we ran – but how many we didn't.
All the thanks goes to Mark Seifert who numbercrunched the hell out of this list. But we know there will be many others that simply closed up shop without fuss. Let us know if we need to add more.
And also, of course, if you know of stores opening. That's the best news of all.
