Justice League #51 And #52 Are Playing Swapsies

The story originally scheduled to appear in DC Comics' Justice League #51 now will run in #52, while the story originally scheduled to appear in #52 now will run in #51.

I know.

Justice League #51 now features the story written by Dan Abnett with art by Paul Pelletier and Sandra Hope.

This issue is a TITANS: REBIRTH #1 prelude! Set shortly after the formation of the Justice League, Batman introduces his new partner Robin (Dick Grayson) to the team just as it's pulled into a deadly assault on Metropolis by mysterious creatures.  Outclassed and terrified, the Boy Wonder must use his wits and guile to survive.  And in doing so, he catches the attention of a foe that will alter the course of his life forever.  This story ties directly into TITANS: REBIRTH #1!  This issue is on FOC May 16 with an in store date of June 8.

While Justice League #52  now features a story written by Dan Jurgens with art by Paul Pelletier and Tony Kordos.

In this issue, it's a brave new world in the devastation that follows "Darkseid War."

This follows a number of similar changes that Bleeding Cool has been following – with major scheduling changes past Rebirth to the final issues of Justice League Of America, a jump in the amount of creative solicitations being changed at the last minute.

Who says Rebirth isn't like the New 52 relaunch?
