Never Say Cancelled! DC Universe Presents #0 Revives Blackhawks, Hawk and Dove, Mister Terrific and O.M.A.C

Rob Liefeld already told us that Hawk & Dove would return in DC Universe Presents. But not that they would be joined by a number of other characters from the first wave of cancelled titles – or indeed their creative teams.

But the DC Universe Presents #0 for DC's Zero Month gives us five stories, each showing origin/early stories of characters from cancelled books, namely Mother Machine from Blackhawks, Hawk And Dove, Mister Terrific and OMAC. And will continue into other New 52 books.

One is missing…  Static perhaps? Or something brand new?

The stories are written by Tony Bedard, James Robinson, Rob Liefeld and Dan DiDio, and drawn by CAFU, Marat Mychaels, Tom Derenick, Eric Battle and more.

Looks like Dan DiDio's promise than cancelled characters would live on in other books is coming to fruition, and under his own hand no less.

So… what news Voodoo and Blue Beetle?
