This week continue our Dr. Phibes Retrospective with Dr. Phibes Rises Again, in which Vincent Price returns as the supervillain out to restore his beloved to life. The movie takes Phibes to Egypt, where the killings get weirder (and a little darker) as Phibes faces off against an ancient nemesis.
