In Ultimate Avengers #5, Mark Millar and Carlos Pacheco threw a baby out of the window. Okay, the Red Skull did it. And it's a fictional baby. But still.

The scene caused a lot of fuss –  but it had been bawlderised once already.

Below are the original pencils compared with the printed art. The baby is no longer fully in the frame. Oh and no one is smoking either. Note the strangely posed fingers now…
