Sonic #1 Goes On Sale at Wondercon Two Weeks Ahead of Comic Shops

Wondercon kicks off in Anaheim on Friday, a big comic-focussed convention, with all sorts of delights and deviations from March 23rd to 25the.

It will also be the launch of the new Sonic The Hedgehog comic from IDW, ahead of its release in comic shops two weeks later on April 4th.

The IDW crew will be at Booth #1109 and will have the world premiere convention exclusive copy of Sonic #1 with writer Ian Flynn, who will be signing throughout the show.

Also available at the booth is a free, limited-edition preview of the highly anticipated League of Extraordinary GentlemenVolume 4: The Tempest by Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill.

In addition to Sonic, IDW will be unveiling brand new convention variant covers to some of the most anticipated titles of the spring.

So retailers will love that as well…

IDW will also be debuting Mystery Packs containing rare variants, signed and sketched merchandise, and more unique items. These packs will be available free to all customers who spend over $100 at the IDW booth. Which if you pick up an Artists Edition, should be easy.
