The DC Comics Swapathon Of 2013

swap

We've already heard that Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato have left Flash for Detective Comics. And John Layman and Jay Fabok have moved on to… other DC projects. But no, not Catwoman.

I understand there may be a lot of this. That DC Comics is launching some kind of Swapathon, where teams leave one book for another – but still stay employed by DC. Everyone just jiggles around and tries a new book.

Okay, not everyone. But a good percentage. And yes, it does feel a bit like the first Marvel Now. But that seemed to work, didn't it?

Should be happening in around six months, I understand. Maybe we'll get some teases at New York Comic Con.

Visual of another piece of classic swapping from DC, preview image to actual cover…
