The Perlmutters Donate Maximum Amount To Donald Trump

Since May, sixty donors giving at least $100,000 each have made up $15.4 million of donations to a committee raising funds for Donald Trump and the Republican Party

One of those was Laura Perlmutter, who donated $449,400, the maximum allowed.

Married to Marvel CEO Ike Perlmutter, the Perlmutters backed a Marco Rubio-supporting SuperPAC before, to the tune of $2 million and, more recently, donated a million dollars to Donald Trump's appeal for war veterans.

That was an issue for some Marvel employees, like co-creator and writer of Ms Marvel, G Willow Wilson. Is this issue going to become relevant again, going forward?

The Perlmutter's representatives declined to comment when approached earlier today.
