Valiant Pushes Boundaries with Latest #ValiantCLASSIFIED Teaser

Valiant Entertainment is pushing the boundaries for the minimum acceptable requirements for a comic book teaser. Previously established boundaries call for, at minimum, a poorly-photoshopped image featuring a catchphrase with the bevel and emboss filter applied and a Marvel logo at the bottom, but Valiant's latest teaser features nothing but a cropped black and white comic book panel.

Some text did accompany the teaser, including a headline, "Death is just out of reach," a credit, "Artwork by [REDACTED]," and the promise "All will be revealed very soon…" alongside two hashtags, #ValiantCLASSIFIED and #StayValiant, which seems odd, since hashtags don't work in emails.

Valiant is clearly seeing how minimalistic they can get with this, as their previous teaser featured a full page of color artwork. Maybe the next teaser will simply be a blank email with nothing inside? We'll have to wait and see just how low Valiant is willing to go.
