Clone High Returns Feb. 1; Season 2 Trailer Promises Even More "More"
Returning to Max on February 1st, here's the official Season 2 trailer & key art for Phil Lord, Chris Miller & Bill Lawrence's Clone High.
There were rumblings heading into the new year that Phil Lord, Chris Miller & Bill Lawrence would be throwing back open the doors to Clone High for a second season sooner rather than later. Well, it would appear those rumblings were right, with Max confirming that Season 2 will hit streaming screens on Thursday, February 1st. But the streamer didn't come empty-handed, releasing a new key art poster and the official trailer. And if you ended the first season feeling like you needed "more," then get ready for the mountains of "more" that you're about to get…
Viewers can look forward to seeing Jermaine Fowler as Toussaint Louverture, Paul F. Tompkins as Professor Hirsute, Stephen Root as Schneider Snorkelle, Jackee Harry as Jackee the Ripper, Hannah Simone as Lady Godiva, D'Arcy Carden as Mary, Randall Park as Frida's Adopted Dad, Jameela Jamil as Mrs. C, Renee Elise Goldsberry as Sandra Sandra and Richard Kind as Nostradamus this season. As for who's returning, we have Will Forte back as Abe – along with Nicole Sullivan as Joan; Lord as Scudworth; Chris Miller as JFK and Mr. B; Christa Miller voicing a new character, Candide Sampson; Donald Faison as George Washington Carver; and Judah Miller as Scangrade. With the animated series set to return to Max on February 1st, check out the official trailer (above), followed by the season's key art poster and overview – both of which are waiting for you below:
A modern refresh of the hit series of the same name, CLONE HIGH follows a high school for clones of the greatest minds in history. Twenty years after the original experiment was put on ice, Joan, JFK, Abe, and Cleo have been thawed out to resume school with their new clone classmates – all while navigating a new set of cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships.
Stemming from MTV Entertainment Studios, Max's Clone High is executive-produced by Lord, Miller, Lawrence, Erica Rivinoja, and Erik Durbin. In addition, Judah Miller, ShadowMachine's Corey Campodonico & Alex Bulkley, and Jeff Ingold also executive produce.
