Avengers #30 is in stores from Marvel Comics this week, by Jason Aaron and Ed McGuinness, and we've got a doozy of a preview below.

As this issue of Avengers deals with a tough moral issue: forced space abortion.

Well, technically the mom is dying here too. You see, Gladiator wants to kill the new Starbrand due to the power's destructive capabilities, but it turns out she's a pregnant woman, and so her innocent unborn child will die as well.

Not that this matters much to Gladiator…

…but Brood Thor still has a heart.

And amongst the heralds of Galactus, only the Silver Surfer seems reluctant.
