Annihilation Scourge Alpha: Matthew Rosenberg Writes Prelude to Marvel's December Event
Teased at San Diego Comic-Con, with more clues found in a book catalog, we've known for a little bit that Marvel plans to revive the Annihilation name for an upcoming cosmic event. That event starts in December, but we'll get an Alpha issue in November, Marvel's full November 2019 solicitations reveal.
And while we don't know whether this will be the creative team for the whole thing, we do know now that Matthew Rosenberg will write Annihilation: Scourge Alpha #1, alongside artist Juanan Ramirez, with Nova assembling a team to try to stop a threat from the Negative Zone which will naturally threaten to change the Marvel Universe forever. And with Matthew Rosenberg potentially writing, will any of Marvel's cosmic characters survive?!
