Preview: Elephantmen 31 by Richard Starkings and Axel Medellin

Out this Wednesday from Image. A new issue of Elephantman, one of the most consistently beautiful comic books on the stands. Somewhere between Blaksad and Cerebus is this pulp noir tale of men and elephantmen. And a few rhinos, hippos and babes thrown in for good measure. And Richard Starkings repeatedly proving that he so much more than a letterer. Although he is a great one of those too.

And worth it for the birth scene that should feel familiar to anyone who has been through that particular experience.
