Def Leppard Get Animated Spots, San Diego Here They Come
The British heavy metal group have signed a deal with Primary Wave to exploit the Def Leppard brand in many ways , but most notably, a cartoon series and spinoff comic book.
The cartoon will take the five members of Def Leppard and cast them in a fantasy action adventure setting. And probably not-pushing fifty years old either. Expect videogame, mobile phone app spinoffs and all the jazz too.
Well, beats touring for a living. They've got no plans to hit the road, and hey, at tht age, would you? No, not you Mick Jagger, I mean normal people.
But what are the odds they might make it to San Diego Comic Con next year though? If KISS can come to Comic Con then Def may be right behind them.
UPDATE: Blast-O-Rama asks if Rick Allen will get a Cable-style cyborg arm.
