Brendon is right: 4-6, 1-3. It's hard for me to imagine watching them any other way. I'd consider it similar to reading a long comic book title/franchise that had gone through prequels, sequels, spin-offs, reboots, etc. Reading them in production order allows you to immerse yourself in the context in which they were made, and appreciate how subsequent entries built on what had gone before.

I've had the Star Wars Blu-ray discs in hand for two days now and still haven't made my way through all of the material. There's the six films, each with a pair of commentary tracks, and three more discs of video supplements. It's a lot to be getting on with, but I am having a whale of a time.
