The Sexism of the Melter in Morbius #3 [Preview]
Morbius: The Living Vampire #3 is in stores from Marvel Comics next week, by Vita Ayala and Marcelo Ferreira, and we've got a preview below.
In typical Morbius fashion, the titular living Vampire tried to mess with science to cure his vampiric curse only to make things worse for himself.
And our preview opens with The Melter and his employer, Elizabeth, tracking down Morbius…
until Melter realizes that people would pay a freaking fortune to be able to turn themselves into vampires. Unfortunately, Liz must not be an urban fantasy romance genre reader, because she's not into it…
Liz isn't interested though, focused solely on her goal. And she doesn't appreciate Melter trying to moonlight.
That's not very woke, Melter. Meanwhile, Spider-Man is dealing with a very agitated Morbius…
Morbius #3 is in stores on Wednesday.

• For a time, Michael Morbius was a Nobel Prize winning geneticist. Now, he haunts the rooftops of Brooklyn driven by an unquenchable thirst for human blood that all his expertise and experimentation has only made worse!
• Grappling with his hunger may be one thing, but Morbius' persistent prodding of his genetic code has had an unfortunate and unexpected side effect – the destruction of what little is left of Morbius' humanity!
