The Trials of T'Challa in Black Panther #18 [Preview]
Black Panther #18 is in stores from Marvel Comics next week, by Ta-Nahesi Coates and Chris Sprouse, and as the storyline of the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda nears its end, it's time to go back to the beginning.
And so, our preview begins with a flashback.
As we learn how the Black Panther came to be a slave of the Empire, thanks to a little friendly rivalry.
It's difficult to live up to an idealized image of oneself.
But if the Black Panther weren't up to the job, would he have his own long-running solo comic book series?
Black Panther #18 hits stores on Wednesday.
