The Week In Tigers (Featuring Tiger Spoilers)
As ever we look at which comics this week have tigers in them, for our regular tiger-loving crowd. If you do not wish to have it spoiled as to which comics this week have tigers in them, and wish to have a tiger-related surprise with every issue, then please stop reading now. This article is intended for those who have no problem with advance knowledge of tiger-related comics. If that is not you then stop reading immediately, because here come the tigers!
It used to be that DC Comics would include gorillas to play on gorilla-based interest from their readers. Clearly that has switched to the stripey feline contingent, as we count three major tiger uses this week. The first is in Ravagers #4, with Beast Boy turning into a tiger.
The second is in Before Watchmen: Ozymandias #2, featuring a genetically engineered tiger, but a tiger nonetheless.
And the third, and the real reason for the spoiler warnings above, is in Batman #12 where… Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger! Batman fights a tiger!
