Felicity Smoak Is Getting A Costume

Marc Guggenheim is doing more teasing. The executive producer of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow has released some concept art showing a potential costume for Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards). The interesting part is that it's not for an episode of Arrow, but rather for next week's Legends of Tomorrow, which is called Doomworld. The episode shows us the alternate reality created by the Legion of Doom. From the trailer it looks like it's Mick Rory trying to put the Legends back together to stop the Legion… but then again, he was the one that betrayed them so who knows. But it looks like we get a vigilante version of Felicity somewhere in the story.
