President/COO of Matt Hawkins at Emerald City Comicon has been talking about how he finds comic book creators for Top Cow, the comics studio that publishes through Image Comics.

And the number one place he relies on is Kickstarter, looking at people who have raised a lot of money, who have a lot of support and followers, after all he says, Top Cow is a business. And it also shows people have a grasp of the business aspect as well.

"I respect hustle, more than anything actually."
