Marvel Cancels Orders For Stuart Immonen Monograph
Earlier in the year, Bleeding Cool revealed that tp follow up on the Marvel Monograph: Adi Granov, Humberto Ramos and J Scott Campbell editions, it looks like more Marvel creators were getting the Monograph treament, collecting 112 pages of covers and illustrations for the publisher.
In September, we got one for Esad Ribic. here in the US, here in Canada, here in the UK.
In October, we are getting one for Sara Pichelli. Details here in the US, here in Canada, here in the UK.
And in November, we were to be getting one for Stuart Immonen. Details were here in the US, here in Canada, here in the UK.
Bit it now seems that Marvel Comics has cancelled the Stuart Immonen Monograph, without explanation. Maybe it will be resolicited, maybe it's gone completely.
What that means for the Marvel Monograph volumes for Declan Shalvey, Ed McGuinness, Frank Cho, Arthur Adams, or Chris Bachalo, I don't know.
This is what the Immonen collection was solicited as:
