Dynamite's Two Huge Crossovers Revealed!
Saturday July 25 – 10 AM PSTKeeping hush with more details to come, this much can be slipped out. Two completely separate huge storylines are coming this fall and winter, setting the tone for the ambitious future of Dynamite. Declan Shalvey (Moon Knight, Bog Bodies) is bringing his attuned writing to the cheeky titled DIE!namite. Declan is joined by his artist collaborator Justin Mason, who close followers of Dynamite already know is about to really break out. Then legendary writer Dan Abnett (Guardians of the Galaxy, Aquaman) unveils the biggest Dynamite project since Swords of Sorrow. Jonathan Lau, just one of the artists attached, joins the discussion. While Eisner-winning editor Nate Cosby rounds out the table. Almost every Dynamite character will appear across these bombshell series.
Well, courtesy of Saturday's listing for Dynamite's panel, we have learned a little more.
Dynamite Entertainment unveils two action-packed, ambitious crossovers set to debut this fall and winter. First, legendary writer Dan Abnett (Guardians of the Galaxy) unveils the biggest Dynamite series since Swords of Sorrow. Two parallel series starring Red Sonja, Vampirella, and the Project Superpowers characters will converge into something even bigger! While Declan Shalvey (Moon Knight) brings a deadly infection to all your favorites in DIE!namite!
So Dan Abnett writing a series with characters from Red Sonja, Vampirella, and the Project Superpowers series like Black Cross, but then growing from there. Oh and Declan Shalvey doing zombie covers for all the books in time for Hallowe'en…
Crossovers certainly seem to be in the air. There's whatever Donny Cates is up to at Image Comics and it looks like there are more to come.
