Don't Worry, Folks, Prez Is Still A 12 Issue Series. At Least.

I am really enjoying the current Prez comic from DC Comics. It remids me a lot of Chew, it's all up in American politics as you guys run through your Presidential cycle, and it's also a book that recently you wouldn't have expected them to publish. But what is its future? Originally launched as a 12 issue series in promotion, on publication it appears to now be a 6 issue series. But is it?

So, when did @DCComics Prez switch from 12 issues to 6?! NOT what DC promised. Did I miss an announcemen? @richjohnston @bleedingcool?

PREZ was ongoing, then 12 issues and now with the recent solicits is only 6 issues. It was my fault for enjoying issue #1, I'm sure.

I was quite intrigued by the 1st issue of Prez, but I guess preorders must've tanked if DC cut it from 12 issues to 6.

@InformGeek @Manruss just to clarify — PREZ is still 12 issues. it is being published in 2 6-sissue runs, with a brief hiatus in between.

Interestingly, DC's bunch of recent six issue mini-series end in November. Their next run of mini-series begin in January. I wonder what they have in December to fill the gap?
