Doug Jones – The Silent Silver Surfer

Doug Jones is an actor. You know his work intimately. Yet many will not know his face. He played Abe Sapien in the Hellboy movies. He played both the Faun and the Pale Man in Pan's Labyrinth. He played Silver Surfer in Fantastic Four 2. He was one of the Gentlemen in Buffy The Vampire Slayer. As a result of these kind of roles, you'll also see him play small, peculiar roles in many films and movies, as well as being celebrated for this kind of career in shows like The Guild.

He is a man, very much, in control of his own body.

And he has now posed for a book, Mime Very Own Book, written by Scott Allen Perry and Adam C. Mock, with photographs by Eric Curtis, recreating mime versions of Michael Jackson's BadAbbey Road, Dirty Dancing, Armageddon, and more.

Here's a sneak peek.
