Ike Perlmutter To Sell Palm Beach Home For Twice What He Paid In April

Ike Perlmutter bought a new oceanfront in Palm Beach for $10 million back in April. But has now put it back on the market for $21 million.

Former Marvel Chair and currently aiming to seize back control of Disney, Ike Perlmutter bought a new oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach for $10 million back in April of this year. But the Perlmutter and his wife, Laura have now put it back on the market for $21 million. This is reportedly the most money ever asked for a townhome in the Residences at Sloans Curve. It's also basically next door to Sean Hannity, which might knock a few million off the total. Hannity bought his place for $5.3 million in April 2021.

Yes, yes, one of those clubs it is minutes from is, or course, Mar-A-Lago, where the Perlmutters have regularly socialised with Donald Trump, including replacing his family at his table on Thanksgiving once.

The Perlutters have owned this townhouse at 2 Sloans Curve Drive, through a trust and is on the far north end of the development, near the South Ocean Boulevard estate of resort-and-casino mogul Steve Wynn. The Perlmutters already own a double apartment in the North Building at Sloans Curve, the condominium complex immediately to the south at 2000 Sloans Curve, which is not being listed for sale.

The Perlmutters bought the townhouse from friends, Sandra Bornstein and her real estate businessman husband, Richard Bornstein, who died a week after the townhouse sale was recorded. The Bornsteins had owned the townhouse since 1991, when they bought it for $1.8 million.

The townhouse is being listed by Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate, who will be accepting offers in eight figures. Ike Perlmutter remains a figure of fascination to Bleeding Cool and we'll continue to find his movements… fascinating.
