Infinite Realities, New Comic Store Opening in Tucker, Georgia in December
Is it me or should more comic book stores open opposite high schools? I mean, not in a creepy way obviously but in a 'cool, a comic store' way.
Infinite Realities: Comics, Games & More is a new comic book store opening in across from a high school in Tucker, Georgia. Chris Brennaman, Brandon Mealor and another have taken over what was once an auto repair business but has been unused for a decade, and are currently turning the 2,600 square foot space into a comic book shop in time for Christmas shopping. Infinite Realities will sell comics, games and merchandise as well as hosting gaming tournaments and lessons on games like Dungeons & Dragons.
The local chain store Titan Comics & Games used to have an outlet in Tucker on the nearby Main Street, but that closed some time ago.
Before opening, the store has run a couple of local pop-ups, last week at Growler Time Tapas and Taps with another next weekend.
Bleeding Cool tries to mark the passing of comic stores as well as new arrivals on the scene. We're more likely to hear about the former rather than the latter due to concerned fans, but do please feel free to let us know the changes in your own local marketplace.
