Quantum And Woody #1 Sells Out Of 21,000 Print Run
Again, part of our "you give me the statistic, I'll give you the plug" program.
Valiant's new rebooted Quantum and Woody #1 sold out early last week with a second print go on sale August 21st. With a print run of 21,000 copies, and issue 2 out this week… I believe the print run of the second issue is much lower. So good luck.
Issue 1 retained much of the original story, rejigged a little, with the pair now having the same father, being suspected of his death brought to the fore, and with some of the more uncomfortable racial scenes toned down. I really should do a comparison post. Maybe tomorrow.
The second printing features a new cover (above) by Emanuela Lupacchino (Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps, Archer & Armstrong).
