Bendis Has Big Plans For Daredevil This Fall
I've seen a couple tweets mentioning that the USA Today story that breaks this news might contain spoilers. I'm not sure I see anything there that won't be pretty widespread soon, but proceed with caution if you try to avoid such things.
But it looks like Daredevil is going to be back front and center in a big way this fall — joining the New Avengers with issue #16 written by Bendis and drawn by Mike Deodato. The Daredevil: End of Days mini-series will subsequently be released, by Bendis and David Mack, art by Bill Sienkiewicz, Klaus Janson, and Alex Maleev.
Bendis is adding Daredevil to his New Avengers lineup in Issue 16, out Sept. 14, to be teamed with such old friends as Spider-Man, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and others, some of whom haven't forgotten his actions during the recent Shadowland debacle.
This fall also will finally see the release of Bendis'Daredevil: End of Days miniseries, a The End story written by him and David Mack with art by Klaus Janson, Bill Sienkiewicz and Alex Maleev. Bendis has been quiet in it because it didn't match what was going on inShadowland, "so we put it on the backburner," he says. "It's really, really beautiful."
