Bleeding Cool Reporter Takes On Book Expo America – A Photogallery

Book Expo America ran for four days this week at the Javits Center in New York, that glass palace of culture or at least fan interest. Book Expo, aka "Book Con" is of course going to be higher brow that New York Comic Con and related events, since it's a professional trade show that also opens to the public for one day of the show.

But you'd be surprised the way that professionals in the publishing industry still jump at those unloading boxes of free swag (books, books, and more books) and also line up for quite a ways to get signatures from their favorite authors. Bleeding Cool reporter Ray Flook buckled up to the face the mannered madness for all four days of the show. And here are his photo-highlights:

Ray Flook has been a contributing writer to Bleeding Cool since October 2013, and can be reached through Twitter: @DeliciousCowz; or through his blog: …BECAUSE COWS MAKE DELICIOUS! http://becausecowsmakedelicious.blogspot.com.
