Random House To Translate Spanish Alternative Comics For US MarketAccording to this report, Random House has set its eyes on publishing work from the Spanish alternative comics publisher Edicions de Ponent (Sunset Publishing).

Ponent is basically the Spanish equivalent of Fantagraphics or Drawn & Quarterly, publishing books by the likes of Paul Auladell, Miguel Calatayud, Calo, Maria Colino, Luis Duran, Keko, Micharmut, Bartolome Segui, Sento, Santiago Valenzuela and many more.

They have published a lot of volumes over the last twelve/thirteen years of puiblishing, so there's a lot of content to choose from…
