Who Signed Off On The Licensing For These?

Both Marvel and DC license their characters for all types of products. Joe Quesada once told me his occasional frustration about certain licenses that certain parts of Marvel had signed but how he has no control over it. The gambling machines, both physical and online versions, were the specific examples brought up.

But these items… damn. And what's more they've even being advertised on Bleeding Cool, apparently.

"The knife is removable from the display stand for personal carrying."

Is this just me being skittish? Or are these really weird?

UPDATE: Turns out these items are not licensed. Assumptions making an ass out of me, and me alone. Probably a job for lawyers then…
