This Is What A Quarter Of A Million Comics In Longboxes Looks Like

photo1Wonderworld comics owners Dennis Barger and Robert Bowman in Taylor MI are selling off their their 250,000 back issues of comic books to whoever will take them. In bulk.

Citing increases in rent and the reducing demand at shows for the dollar box –  as well as the DC Comics reboot – they say they have lost faith in the back issue market.

But if you think they're wrong, you could have a steal. They have 700 long boxes on 30 pallets waiting in a warehouse in Taylor, Michigan, as pictured above.

They describe the books as full runs of series, every collection they have purchased, as well as overstock purchased from Deperado and Devils Due, mostly bagged and boarded.
