"Full Jack Kirby" Eternals Official for November 2020 from Marvel Studios
The time is finally here! Marvel has begun officially unveiling their Phase 4 slate at the Marvel Studios panel in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con. As anticipated, the first big reveal is Eternals, which is confirmed for a November 2020 release date.
Marvel Studios mastermind and mortal enemy of Ike Perlmutter, Kevin Feige, brought out the cast, which includes Richard Madden as Ikaris, Selma Hayak as Ajak, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, and Lia McHugh as Sprite. The movie is said to be "full Jack Kirby." Kirby created The Eternals after returning to Marvel in the mid-70s, having left earlier that decade due to the company trying to screw him over contractually and Stan Lee getting all the credit for everything. He left again a few years later to work in animation at Hanna-Barbera.
Jolie praised director Chloe Zhao and said she's honored to be part of a movie where people are represented.
Eternals hits theaters on November 6th. Hey, at least it's not Inhumans.
