Hasbro Make A Sue Storm And HERBIE Figure For Marvel Legends. I Know.
Long time readers of Bleeding Cool will be over-familiar with the rather personal revenge-style withdrawal of licensing options for the Fantastic Four and X-Men, over Marvel's problems with Fox Studios. With the likes of Diamond Select Toys, Mondo, Sketch Cards, Marvel Games and more confirming the withdrawal of such licenses.
There have been small-scale exceptions made, to some of Marvel's most trusted licensees however. And with the Fox TV show Legion possibly smoothing things over with Marvel, and the Fantastic Four movie now off the DVD/Blu-Ray sales window, could things improve?
Marvel announced at Cup O' Joe that they have long term plans for the Fantastic Four.
And, also announced at San Diego Comic-Con, Hasbro is making a Marvel Legends figure of the classic animated look of Sue Storm, with H.E.R.B.I.E.
It's a start…
