So far, NBC's Saturday Night Live Season 49 has given us SNL alum Pete Davidson (Peacock's Bupkis) & musical guest Ice Spice for the season-opener, followed by host/musical guest Bad Bunny during the second episode. That means we have a third episode on tap for this weekend – with first-time host/stand-up comedian Nate Bargatze and musical guest Foo Fighters taking over Studio 8H for the Halloween weekend. Along with offering an "SNL Rewind" looking back at the Foo Fighters' previous appearances (beginning with the 90s), we've been tracking how the week's been for Bargatze & the band so far – and that brings us to our favorite part: the on-stage promo.
In the following clip, Bargatze and the Foo Fighters are joined by SNL cast member Marcello Hernandez for a trio of promos. In the first, Hernandez drops an appropriate pun for the holiday – and following that, Bargatze reminds Hernandez that he might be off by a week. And finally, Bargatze leaves Hernandez wanting in the compliment department…

In the following midweek sketch, SNL's stars Andrew Dismukes & Devon Walker remind Bargatze that he's the host – which means he's the "star" this week.
