Bethesda Are Working On Three Games That Are Different Than Anything They've Done Before
Bethesda are one of the most beloved studios in the world right now, in charge of both The Elder Scrolls and Fallout. They are known for size, scale and role playing, with a huge fanbase around the world.
It seems we might be getting something outside of those two franchises in the future though. Director at the studio Todd Howard was at DICE today where he revealed there are three more games in development. He said (via GameStop):
We have three longer-term projects we're doing that are all … we'll talk about them at a much future date. But they're different than anything we've done before while also being a Bethesda-style game; (they're) big and crazy.
I'm not quite sure how to take this. Does this mean three more RPGs? Three more games with huge scopes? Hard to say. With these, and you have to suspect Fallout and Elder Scrolls sequels, we must be years from seeing all of these. Still, it's good to know the studio is seemingly working on something different in their repertoire.
