Recently, Marvel Comics reinvented Donald Trump as a parallel version of MODOK for Spider-Gwen Annual.

In today's Nightwing Rebirth #1 it might take a little longer.

As one of the new Parliament Of Owls, taking over from the Court Of Owls, he's basically already won.

Except, I don't know… hidden in the shadows?
