Supergirl, Arrow, And American Gods Stars Take It Off For A Good Cause

Television director TJ Scott (Gotham, Star Trek: Discovery) has photographed 160 celebrities, all of them in a bathtub, to create a unique coffee table book to raise money for breast cancer awareness and the F*ck Cancer charity.

Scott created the first volume of the book in 2013 following his mother's third bout with breast cancer, as it had moved into her lungs and bones. Scott's mother, Gwennyth Wallace, was first diagnosed at the age of 50 and given six months to live. She passed away at 82. Wallace spend her life as a head nurse, fundraiser, and public health officer helping to create many of Canada's biggest national health programs including the country's first "Heart Health" and anti-smoking campaigns.

Scott is now putting out a second volume of In The Tub that includes stars from Supergirl, Arrow, Firefly, Agents of SHIELD, WAGS, Lucifer, Property Brothers, American Gods, Pretty Little Liars, Reign, and CSI. There are two versions of the second volume, the second special edition being the more risqué version.

Scott spoke about the idea for the project:

"As my Mom was in her final fight with Cancer I decided I wanted to do something for Breast Cancer Research. I came up with the idea for a book called IN THE TUB – Portraits of Actors, Recording Artists, Models all using a bathtub as a common setting, with all of my Profits going to Breast Cancer Research. My Mom, who was an avid amateur photographer, thought this was a on point idea, as many women discover that they have a Cancer Lump(XXX) while 'In The Tub' , and many think and cry about it 'In The Tub' in solitude. In my life, I am lucky to be surrounded by beautiful friends in the entertainment business – so I shot 135 of them for Volume 1 of book over a two year period – and then Published it myself."
