There's probably no place in existence more dangerous than a Marvel Comics super-mega-crossover event. As their own press releases will tell you again and again, without fail, every time there's a super-mega-crossover event, the universe will be shaken to its core and nothing will ever be the same again. It's, at best, a very unstable environment for a child. And Absolute Carnage may be one of the worst! Carnage, after all, is right in the title! That's why it's so distressing to find this preview of Absolute Carnage #1, launching next week by global entertainment superstar Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman, opening with Eddie Brock and his son…

At least Eddie is open and honest with his son. Well, about most stuff…

And he does, to his credit, recognize that his parental duties require he get his son as far away from this super-mega-crossover event as possible.

Unfortunately, that may prove more difficult than it sounds…
