Wonder Woman #750 Offers Exclusive Retailer Variants, on Top of Its 9 Variant Covers

Okay so let's do the maths, shall we?

The Wonder Woman series that began in 1942 ended in 2011 with #614, written by Joe Michael Straczynski and Phil Hester, drawn by Don Kramer and Lee Garbett.

The New 52 volume ran for, you guessed it, 52 issues from 2011 to 2016, making a total of 666 issues. Heh.

The 2016 will run until November's Wonder Woman #83.

Add that up, that's #749. There will be no Wonder Woman ongoing series in December, but there will be the first issue of Wonder Woman: Dead Earth by Daniel Warren Johnson.

So in January, DC Comics will publish, in the manner of Action Comics #1000 and Detective Comics #1000, Wonder Woman #750. And, just as with those other two, will have a bunch of retailer exclusive covers, as well as the standard available variant covers celebrating Wonder Woman across the decades.

Will your comic shop be up for one? Retailers will be obliged to order thousands of copies to qualify, with a cover price of ten bucks each…
