In today's Futures End (set five years in the future of the DC Universe), Lois Lane gets a blast from the past, specifically Earth 2's past including her role as Red Tornado there.

We know that in Futures End's past (and the DC Universe's future) there is a war between Earth and Earth 2 involving Darkseid that leads to many Earth 2 refugees on the DC main Earth, after they seemingly lost.

While over in Earth 2, that seems to be being set up, and both versions seem to rely on the New Gods somewhat.

Who we know from the Grant Morrison map of the Multiverse that the New Gods reside outside of the 52 Earth multiverse.

And will Fury the daughter of Earth 2's Wonder Woman and on Darkseid's side, make the switch to the home team as Lois' vision suggests? Whichever home that is?
