Get Ready For Titan's Robotech With A Preview Of Robotech #1 Ahead Of Monday's FOC, In Stores In July

The first issue of Titan's Robotech comic book relaunch doesn't hit stores until July 26, but final order cutoff is this Mnday, June 26, so Titan is hoping to get readers, and retailers, hyped with a lettered preview, and an invitation to return to the franchise's roots:

Return to the fan-favorite Macross Saga that began the classic Robotech franchise, as hotshot Veritech pilot Roy Fokker and skilled rookie Rick Hunter are pulled into an intergalactic war when the Earth is invaded by the insidious Zentraedi!

In traditional comic book relaunch fashion, Titan promises that nothing in the Robotech universe will ever be the same again.

Robotech returns courtesy of writer Brian Wood, artist Marco Turini and colorist Marco Lesko – and nothing will ever be the same again!

See, we told you! And what's that, you ask? "Are there variant covers?" Of course there are variant covers!

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
