Glénat Buys Two Publishers – Mad Fabrik And 12 Bis

RED_WIDOWGlénat, one of France's more prominent comics publishers, bought two smaller publishers last week.

First Mad Fabrik, a small operation based around the very successful author Midam.

The other being the bankrupt small publisher 12 Bis, whose unfortunate circumstances we covered previously, whose best asset is an author named François Bourgeon, a huge star in France. The publisher was founded by two ex-Glénat executives, so it makes a return to the parent company.
