With Mitt Romney ahead in the polls, though who knows how the Frankenstorm will affect that, there is the real possibility that the USA will have a new President. If so, do you think he'll end up on the cover of Amazing Spider-Man #698? Would there be queues to pick up a copy?

Last election, plenty of comics went political. From Savage Dragon to DC Decisions, to the IDW candidate biographies to the Bluewater ripoff candidate biographies. But this time? Not so much.

So it's a refreshing change for one comic to come out one way or another. From the Geof Darrow variant cover for Hit-Girl #4, out today… Vote Obama 2012. Just below the 'T'.
