Mark Waid is writing a new series, the New History of the DC Universe with changing artists to chronicle the timeline of DC Comics canon as it currently stands. Beginning with #1, which follows the life of Barry Allen, The Flash, from birth, drawn by Jerry Ordway and Todd Nauck.

New History of the DC Universe #1 will be published on the 25th of June, with covers by Chris Samnee, Dan Mora, Ryan Sook, Mike Cho, Stanley "Artgerm" Lau and Scott Koblish whose wraparound variants for the series will depict DC characters chronologically, with each issue.
