How Next Week's Unstoppable Wasp #6 Found a Much-Needed Consultant…
Jeremy Whitely writes The Unstoppable Wasp, a comic book that seems to live up to its name. We looked at its mention of bipolarity, and how it applied to Hank Pym – including one of his most infamous scenes – and to Nadia Pym, star of the current series.
With the new preview of the new issue (below), there was someone Whitely wanted to especially thank.
The writer Quade Reed, who writes about cerebral palsy, Batgirl and plenty of other things along the way. And he seems to have been quite the consultant on the upcoming issue.
It turns out that Quade seemed to confirm that, yes, Jeremy did the thing.

You can read more of his writing here. It is becoming more of a thing where writers working outside of their own direct experience, hire and work with other writers for a more reflective or accurate take on certain story or character attributes. And you never know where it might lead.
