Dark Horse and the Berger Books imprint have announced their next upcoming series: a reimagining of Charles Dickens's novel Oliver Twist set in a dystopian future. Olivia Twist is billed as "a female-centric futuristic fable" from the slightly less female-centric creative team of bestselling author Darin Strauss, short fiction author Adam Dalva, artist Emma Vieceli, and colorist Lee Loughridge. Covers will be provided by Vanesa Del Rey, Tula Lotay, Sana Takeda, and Vieceli.

In a dangerous future London, teenage orphan Olivia Twist joins the Esthers, a rag-tag gang of girl thieves, to save a boy she barely knows. Led by the elegant, queenly Fagin, they steal from the rich inhabitants of Vertical City while battling the illegally-augmented Trads for control of the streets.
