An E3 Pick Me Up – Nintendo Makes Things Fun Again

With all of these E3 announcements going on I decided to jump on the band wagon and see what Nintendo has in store for us. After watching a bunch of trailers, I'm happy to say that there are four Wii U games I cannot wait to play.
Mario Party 10
Bowser Party?! Yes please! It looks like this game will allow you to play as Bowser and mess with your friends as they try to win mini games. I have to say this news makes me jump for joy! I wasn't thrilled with the co-op play of Mario Party 9, but I have high hopes that Mario Party 10 will be awesome. Even with the co-op play, Bowser Party will surely quench my thirst for competitive game play. You can watch the trailer here:

Yoshi's Woolly World
This game looks like Kirby's Epic Yarn, but a million times better. It could be because I like Yoshi more, but overall the game just looks like a really fun time. I'm definitely a fan of Yoshi trailing a line of yarn balls behind him as opposed to eggs. You can watch the trailer here:

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
Toad finally has his own game! It's about time. I know Toad is an option in a lot of games now a days, but it's about time he gets to shine. This game looks like it has the same play style as Super Mario 3D World and it makes sense since Captain Toad is featured in that game. You can watch the trailer here:

Super Smash Bros.
Oh boy. I wish I could magically make this available to play right now. I'm a long time player of Super Smash Bros., so I can't wait to dive in and see what this new game has to offer. The addition of some funny new characters, like the Wii Fit Trainer was big news awhile back, but now we have another character to look forward to. You can watch the trailer here:
