Comic Hunter Opens New Store in New Brunswick, Canada

The Comic Hunter is a new comic book store that held their grand opening a couple of weeks ago. Located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, they are the third store in a chain which includes Comic Hunter stores in Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island, and neighbouring Moncton in New Brunswick.

Diamond Comic Distributors has been running special programmes to encourage comic book stores to expand with new outlets, creating chains, as it is seen as a more efficient way of creating new comic book stores than starting from scratch, with very generous start-up packages.

And it seems that The Comic Hunter is the latest to take them up on that deal.
